Goals for our Three Day Retreat

l. 2 30-minute walks per day - preferably morning and evening
2. Healthy eating featuring fresh veggies & fruits
3. Read Two-Part Invention: The Story of a Marriage by Madeleine L'Engle
4. Assist as I can with the painting project
5. Enjoy time with my husband away from daily "stuff"
6. Extended times of Bible reading and prayer each day
7. Write down specific goals for this autumn

  1. Good Luck with your goals, I enjoyed reading them and I know you can meet them. Enjoy your mini vacation, have fun!.....:-) Hugs

  2. "Time apart" sounds WONDERFUL, even with a few goals. That's funny that you have a goal to write more goals! I think you are definitely someone I need in my life! HA! I'm so impressed with your weight loss Rebecca, but mostly with your determination to strive for healthful living all the way around. I'm digging around your old blog posts to see how you did it. I can use some help :)

  3. What a wonderful opportunity--a three-day retreat! My husband and I wanted to get away for a 3-day camping trip this summer, but it didn't happen. We've had a lot of "family" time--births, graduations, etc., but definitely not a retreat. Enjoy your time away. Blessings!
