Your meal looks yummy. Meijer had some frozen salmon entrees that came on a plank (you baked them on the plank). They must have discontinued the product cause our store doesn't have them now. More's the pity as they were very tasty. Good for you, resisting temptation! Don't you just love this weather!
ReplyDeleteI order Salmon while eating out too. :) I just never had the Salmon salad but will try it in the future if I find it on the menu.
