135#

If my goal weight is 135#, then I am HERE!
I began Fast-5 on February 6.
I know that I weighed at least 180.
SO....
that's losing 45 pounds in about 8 1/2 months.
I plan to ease into "maintenance" the first week of November
while continuing Fast-5.
It has worked well for me in areas besides weight loss
and I'd like to continue those benefits into the next phase of my life.
I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to do that,
but I have a couple of weeks to figure it out.
I'm open to suggestions.
(I'm wearing an "old" dress that's been hanging in my closet
just WAITING for me to arrive at its size.
Feels so good!)

  1. I am trying to think of some suggestions for you I think after coming off almost 9 months of the plan ...try and either figure out your average calorie intake and stick somewhat close to that or continue somewhat with your fast but widen the hour window up some. I would definitely like you have said ease into it. I tried the fast5 for 2 months which isn't really very long but I do not need to lose a lot of weight I just really wanted to give my metabolism a little nudge and I really felt it helped calm down all my cravings and get me back into eating better portion sizes. I think fasting every now and then is so good for the body in America we just eat to much often that is the problem for most people even more so then what they are eating or their food choices. We just frequently eat more calories than our bodies need. Keep eating healthy, keep active and I am sure you will do great. Congratulations on the weight loss what a wonderful accomplishment!! 2. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! That is unreal...and that is about the weight I need to lose, but I can't lose it all before the first wedding in March, but any would help! What an inspiration. I need to rethink this form of eating.
