Confession: I've Lost My Groove

"Confession is good for the soul," or so I've heard. Well, I'm confessing.  I've lost my groove.  My "want to"  is still there...it's my "follow through"  that's missing.

So far, there have not been to many consequences (in the weight department).  I am still exercising at least every other day.  I've just lost my groove.

I'll get it back.  It had better be soon.

  1. Oh I know that feeling well! But remember, as I am today also... tomorrow is coming, and it doesn't matter how we FEEL... just what we DO. Then, when this blah part passes... we will still be on track. Sometimes the weight thing is like our spiritual walk... we just keep trusting, especially when the 'feelings' aren't very strong that day!
Anyway... I get it, it's a battle I have too.
I found the best treat this week... it's in the refrigerated organic section. It's a chocolate round muffin like thing, 100 calories, high fiber and protein. I think the name is Vitalicious... Give it a try!

You've done such a great job! Keep up the good work...

    Fat free Blessings!

  3. I truly believe that the weather has a lot to do with it. Once it gets sunny again and stays that way more than an hour...you'll get a spring back in your step!!! Hang in there!

  6. You look great Rebecca....I think it is the weather and some of the negative things from the news. Once you can get out in your garden I feel you will get your groove back. Also satan does not want you to succeed he is probaby the culprit who is trying to steal your groove.
