Making Exercise Beautiful!

In addition to my early morning, 30 minute walk today we walked several blocks this afternoon enjoying an outdoor exhibit of painted benches situated around a town square. See more at Life and Godliness. We also walked just a block off the town square to look at the sumptuous flower garden surrounding a quaint shop, The Busy Brush. A person might as well enjoy some "eye candy" while exercising!

I love the title to this post. It intrigued me enough to want to read. I often post on exercising. Having pretty things to look at while walking certainly makes the time pass quickly.

Rebecca's note: I have trouble with "deserve". I want to care for my body because God Himself cares for it! Do I "deserve" health? No, in light of my sinful inclinations and the fall of mankind, health is a gift. A GRACE-gift directly from the hand of God--a gift to be handled thankfully and thoughtfully.
