Treats

You've gotta love those D.Q. mini Blizzards!
Not the price so much
as the serving size.
I like Georgia Mud Fudge
made with chocolate ice cream.
When eaten occasionally within my 5 hour window
(per the Fast-5 eating plan),
I have continued to lose weight steadily.
Do YOU have a favorite treat?

  1. Most anything chocolate is my favorite! ;~P Except chocolate covered ants ~ I'll pass on those, thank you very much!
My dial up internet doesn't let me visit much lately, so I'm not getting 'all the picture'!
Can you fill me in on what the Fast-5 eating plan is (when you have an extra moment!)? I'm wondering if it is something I could try. I'm awfully picky when it comes to food ~ so hope it would work for me!
I think you are amazing, Rebecca! Keep up the good work!
    Blessings!

  2. I love D.Q. blizzards Rebecca! My favorite is chocolate mocha. I don't get the mini though as our D.Q. charges the same price as the small! Can you believe that?! So I get a small and save half for later.
    Love Di ♥

    1. It's not that way here, Di. But the mini is REALLY small. Gary says I SHOULD get the small. It would be a better value but still a little more $$$ and a few more calories, I'm sure :(

    2. And oh, Diana....I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to stop at 1/2 of a small and save half for later.

    1. I guess they actually taste good? Is there a sugar substitute in them???? I'm trying to avoid any substitutes....

    1. That actually sounds good to me, Susan! (Though I haven't tried GREEK yogurt yet....Does it taste a lot different from, say, Dannon plain yogurt????)
