Update

This week I said goodbye to the 160's (pounds, that is)...
with little fanfare, but great JOY!
Ten more to go
and then I believe I will be satisfied to "maintain".

  1. Wow...way to go. I am at the gym everyday for over an hour and I have only lost 12 pounds in five months...I just don't seem to be overcoming this.

    1. Thank you, Janette. And congratulations on YOUR loss. It is probable that you are building muscle - which I am NOT. I began on February 6 and have lost just over 20 pounds. But I really need to be more intentional about exercising.
