I walked yesterday. Thirty minutes. I'll do it again today. And tomorrow. Trying to get a pattern going here! Telling myself, "Just DO it!"
What I did right: Walked!
Worked through an evening of cravings.
Stayed within a sensible calorie limit.
Ate healthy foods.
Vitamin.

Words to live by, no matter the situation! Have you heard the adage that it takes 30 days to make a habit? Don't know where I got that one and wonder if it is indeed accurate. We got our exercise yesterday by moving a huge truckload of compost to the back gardens.

I woke up with a headache, ate a non-nutritious breakfast and planned to console myself with crappy food all day as I felt revolting. I read your recent blog posts after breakfast, felt newly inspired, and finished the day on the exact amount of WW points allocated to me, including breakfast. It's never too late to start the day. So thank you!
