Moderation

The table was only BEGINNING to fill up when I arrived with my Asian cabbage slaw contribution to the potluck that followed our outdoor church service....

This was a great opportunity to practice moderation and self control!  I didn't do too bad.

What I did right:  vitamin, posted, little portions of a lot of food.

  1. A bite of everything sounds good to me! Years ago a local sorority used to have a tasting luncheon. The serving spoons were teaspoon size and cookbooks from the event were available. Maybe we should all eat like that now.

  5. A tasting luncheon is a great fundraiser. The recipe book was very simple and probably done on an old mimeograph machine. With world processing on the computer, it would be a snap to make a dandy little booklet.
