RUN when you can,
WALK when you have to,
CRAWL if you must,

I didn't increase my 2010 exercise "time" goal  (30 minutes 4-5 days a week).  However, I am slowly increasing the time that I jog on my rebounder!  Currently I'm running about 10 of the 30 minutes.  I think I should be able to be running 16 by summer time.  (I jog 2 minutes at a time; then return to walking in place and doing some of Leslie Sansone's other moves....)

  1. Sounds great Rebecca, keep it up and I'm sure you will be just as beautiful when 2011 comes in......:-) Hugs

  2. You go girl! I discovered a workout dvd -- 30-day Shred with Jillian Michaels -- that is amazing. It's about 25 min with warmup/cooldown and very challenging, but doable. It has 3 difficulty levels with an easier and harder example on each level. It's the first thing I've tried that really gives me a workout since I had to stop jogging 25 years ago. I thought I would not be able to pull it off at age 60, but I was amazed at what I can do. And I like that I can randomly pull different moves from it to do in spare moments so keep up even if I don't have time to do a full workout. You can get this for $10 at Walmart or maybe cheaper on Ebay.

  3. Oh, I have a rebounder too! And just like you I alternate faster/slower on it.
I put my ipod on and just go with the music!
    Love to you,

  4. Love Leslie Sansone!!!! I have lost 29 pounds since I began my healthy living journey. Do you have tips for maintaining? I am adding this blog to my blogroll. Look forward to returning here.
