Dedication!

RUN when you can,
WALK when you have to,
CRAWL if you must,
Just NEVER GIVE UP!

I didn't increase my 2010 exercise "time" goal  (30 minutes 4-5 days a week).  However, I am slowly increasing the time that I jog on my rebounder!  Currently I'm running about 10 of the 30 minutes.  I think I should be able to be running 16 by summer time.  (I jog 2 minutes at a time; then return to walking in place and doing some of Leslie Sansone's other moves....)

  2. You go girl! I discovered a workout dvd -- 30-day Shred with Jillian Michaels -- that is amazing. It's about 25 min with warmup/cooldown and very challenging, but doable. It has 3 difficulty levels with an easier and harder example on each level. It's the first thing I've tried that really gives me a workout since I had to stop jogging 25 years ago. I thought I would not be able to pull it off at age 60, but I was amazed at what I can do. And I like that I can randomly pull different moves from it to do in spare moments so keep up even if I don't have time to do a full workout. You can get this for $10 at Walmart or maybe cheaper on Ebay.

  3. Oh, I have a rebounder too! And just like you I alternate faster/slower on it.
I put my ipod on and just go with the music!
    Love to you,
    Eileen
