  3. I commented this morning but I see it didn't record......I drink tons of water, it is my favorite drink but I oh so have to start getting more exercis. It has been so cold and snowy here I haven't done anything in over a week and I can really feel the difference in my energy level.......:-) Hugs

    I drink tons of water every day, it's my favorite drink but I have to start exercising more as I haven't in a week due to the bad weather and my energy level has dropped so much.....:-) Hugs
